It’s hard to believe that it’s already time to start thinking about Valentine’s Day, which is only weeks away! So on that note… our friend Stefanie from Anna and Blue Paperie blog is offering a giveaway of her gorgeous printables!
Stefanie, a stay-at-home mum of two girls and the owner of anna and blue paperie, an online shop specializing in personalized prints for everyday events. Her blog is an extension of her shop that features cute creations for all occasions.
With February around the corner, Stefanie wanted to "create a Valentine Themed Party table that could be styled for a children’s or adult party. The printable collection is versatile so that it can be used for a Valentine’s Party, Baby Shower, Wedding Shower and more! My goal was to create a party that was affordable. Many items were easy DIY creations including the popcorn cones, chair covers, paper fan accents, and cupcake liner flowers".
So the theme of the party is "All You Need is Love". The gorgeous colours used for the party are light pink, dark pink, light gray, dark gray, silver, along with patters of damask, polka dot along with birds and hearts.
Stefanie tells us below how she created this gorgeous party theme -I filled the center piece vase with fibre fill that I had left over from a recent sewing project. It gave the look of snow with the sparkly branches.
"The girls held on to the DIY cupcake liner flowers with lollipop sticks that were a fun activity we made one afternoon.
Boxes were wrapped with wrapping paper to give the centerpiece and apothecary candy filled jars some height. A ribbon was added for a little, yet simple decorative touch.
The fan accents on the apothecary jars were made with pearlized paper that were cut into small strips, folded accordion style, turned into a circle and then hot glued in place.
A garland was created for the children’s table by adding party scallop circles from the printable collection to ribbon.
The backdrop fabric was my daughter’s sheet purchased from the Shabby Chic collection at Target.
The backdrop paper was from Pottery Barn Kids and was also used to wrap the boxes under the apothecary jars.
The linen used for the dessert table was from our guest room that was purchased at Bed Bath and Beyond".
